lizard volume
Manage Persistent Volumes for sandboxes. Alias: lizard vol.
Usage
lizard volume list [flags]
lizard volume create <name> [flags]
lizard volume resize <volume> --size <gb> [flags]
lizard volume rm <volume> [flags]A volume’s name is its key within the project. Every command takes a name or an ID, and -p, --project to target a project other than the linked one.
Subcommands
lizard volume list
List the project’s volumes with size, status, and the sandbox they’re attached to (alias ls). --json also includes the generated IDs.
lizard volume create <name>
Create a volume. Names use lowercase letters, digits, and dashes, start and end with a letter or digit, are up to 64 characters, and are unique in the project.
| Flag | Description |
|---|---|
--size <gb> | Size in whole GB, 1 to 50 (default 5). The CLI reads the server’s current limits first |
--region <code> | Region for the volume; it must match the sandbox that will attach it |
-p, --project <id> | Project name, slug, or ID |
lizard volume resize <volume> --size <gb>
Change a volume’s size in place. An attached sandbox keeps running and sees the new size. A Firecracker volume (the default) can only grow. A pod-backed volume can also shrink if at least 10% of the new size stays free.
lizard volume rm <volume>
Delete a volume and its data (alias delete). It fails while the volume is attached; delete the sandbox first.
| Flag | Description |
|---|---|
-y, --yes | Skip confirmation |
Volume storage costs $0.14 per GB-month of used space. See Size and price.
